Mozambique: Suspected Armed Robbers Kill Nigerian Trader

A Facebook user, Nnamdi Chukwu reported the death of a Nigerian national who was murdered in Mozambique by gunmen suspected to be armed robbers.

According to the post, the deceased (name unknown) is said to be from Anambra State was killed in Molumbo Zambezia, Northern part of Mozambique. It was gathered that the assailants broke into his shop, stole five motorcycles and an undisclosed sum of cash was carted away. They killed him and buried the body in the bush.

After the search by some concerned Nigerians and the deceased’s body was found, the matter was reported to the Mozambican authority, yet no investigation has been carried out.
