Jamaica: Former PM Urges Government To Discuss Trump’s ‘S***hole’ Remarks During Tillerson Visit
Former Jamaican Prime Minister Percival Noel James Patterson while speaking on Wednesday at a book launch ‘The Influence of Small States on Superpowers: Jamaica and U.S. Foreign Policy, stated that the Jamaican government should express it’s intolerance of U.S. President Donald Trump’s ‘s-hole’ comments in reference to Haiti and African nations to U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.
Mr. Tillerson is to visit Jamaica next Wednesday as part of a whistle-stop tour that will see him travelling to Mexico, Argentina, Peru, and Colombia.
Mr. Patterson says Jamaica should renounce any divisive or racist comments about our sister nations.
