Drake And Future Have Been Dismissed From $25 Million Rape Lawsuit

A Tennessee judge has dismissed rappers Drake and Future from a $25 million rape case filed against them.

Recall that in August 2017, a woman identified only as Jane Doe filed a lawsuit at the federal court, with the claims that she was raped at Drake and Future’s concert which held on Aug. 14, 2016, at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena by a member of the venue’s security force.

The lady was demanding $25m for damages from the rappers for their negligence.

But in a new report by The Blast, it was revealed that the hip-hop superstars (born Aubrey Drake Graham and Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, respectively) were dismissed without prejudice from the suit on Wednesday, however, several other defendants continue to face accusations.

One of the members of venue’s security force identified as Leavy Johnson, 38, was indicted on a rape charge last January and is currently awaiting trial in Nashville.
