Thousands of Liverpool fans celebrated one of the Reds biggest wins in the team's recent history following a 7-6 aggregate victory in Rome.
The city went wild as the final whistle blew – confirming Liverpool’s place in the Champions League final in Kiev.
The Reds were already in a strong position before the night’s game, after securing a 5-2 win at home.
Roma pushed Liverpool close with a 4-2 victory at the Stadio Olimpico, but were unable to overturn the Red’s lead.
Liverpool faces two-time defending champion Real Madrid for the most coveted trophy in club football.
The final is scheduled for May 26 in Ukraine.
