The former Manchester United man now has to either accept or decline the move to the north African side.
According to The Sun UK, the Swede could seal the deal at the end of the season in the US.
Ibrahimovic has had mixed fortunes with the LA Galaxy.
He, however, has said that the team did not deserve the playoffs after recent outings.
LA Galaxy are 8th in the Western Conference, three points behind those in playoff places.
