Ekiti 2018: Balogun Emerges Governorship Candidate Of Mega Party Of Nigeria

The National Committee Chairman for the primary election of the Mega Party of Nigeria, (MPN), Isah Nuhu Isah has declared Sunday Balogun as the governorship candidate of the party.

Balogun got 191 votes to defeat three other contestants; Abiodun Aluko, who came second with 146 votes, Senator Bode Olowoporuku, with 72 votes and Ambassador Ayodele Ayodeji, with 7 votes, came third and fourth respectively.

Isah, who declared 23 votes void while the number of accredited votes was put at 467, said he was impressed with the conduct of the aspirants and the delegates.

He also commended party members for their efforts and for being patient, describing the exercise as “perfectly done.”
